yes agreed and we have but the reminder list gets very long and becomes hard to use in this manner. I am starting to think a report would be better with variables for date range and clinic.
Thank you for submitting this feedback! Neo users normally look for overdue vaccines by reviewing the patient's reminders. You can add the [patient_reminder_list] form variable to your intake form to include all of the patient's reminders when printing the form. Review and report on overdue reminders by changing the date range in Administration > Reminders > All Due Reminders.
