When scheduled, it would be nice to review the number of cancelled or no show appointments to better follow clinics no show / deposit requirement. Either via an alert or a tally on the new screen.
This would be an amazing feature! We just manually keep track right now and make alerts for no shows/cancellations to keep track
Yes please! It would be so helpful to have the alerts visable when scheduling an appointment so we know if any deposit may be required for an owner. If the team has not opened the chart prior to scheduling, they will not be aware of the alert that the client has a deposit required due to numerous missed appointments.
Yes, please! We have to go through the extra step to add an alert so it shows when a client calls to schedule.
