Renaming Consult Browser Tab to include patient name

When we are seeing mutiple pets under one client, we open up a new window for each patient. We've noticed that some patient screens says the patients name in the window tab. If there is a way to have that when a consult is open that would be helpful.

    Or if the name could scroll down the page with you as you scroll so you can see who you are working on when adding charges.
