Marked cancelled and greyed out so other appt can be scheduled over the cancelled one.

The audit button is very helpful, Christa. It would be nice to be able to see ghosts of the cancelled apts on the schedule, though, to quickly find out why there's a hole/vacancy.

Thank you for this feedback! Cancelled appointments no longer need to be left on the schedule. Cancelled, deleted, and rescheduled appointments can be found by clicking the Audit list button on the Schedule. For more information, see Navigate the Schedule and view appointment audit details.

In our practice we have made a column for communications. in the schedule page. In that communication column we have placed phone calls, script requests, and cancellations made by owners. Our communications, script requests, and cancellations are in different colors. So when an owner cancels we don't just delete the appt, Under reason for appt we mark OWNER cancelled appt, and we mark in the note section what the reason if available.
