Appointments: Add reason for appointment cancellation

I like that we can view them from the appointment book, as well as in the client's file. I think it would be nice if there was a pop-up that allowed us to put a reason for canceling/deleting an appointment that could also attach to the client or patient record.

    We would like to be able to see how many times they have cancelled/rescheduled for the same thing within 1-3months. If it is a chronic issue we would like to be able to nip it in the bud when losing money because we have blocked time and having no shows.

    It would be nice to be able to see cancelled appointments under the client. Currently only seems to show finalized and upcoming appointments.

    I too would like if there was a "pop-up" like when you void medication or services that have already been paid for or "finalized" and if there was a way to see that under the "cancelled" appointments tab - kaitlyn
