Minor adjustment, not a huge issue especially if I'm the only one doing this. I often find myself clicking decline by accident when I am trying to discount something. I feel it would be helpful if the order was reversed so that in the drop down bubble menu it was

decline
remove
Having decline and remove next to each other seems more cohesive to me

I agree. You can make an estimate and have client sign that. But it’s an extra step for our workflow.
Right now, during an appointment, if I offer the client bloodwork and X-rays, I’d like to be able to enter them into the already started invoice and get the client to sign off on it from There.
