It is difficult to navigate the schedule with all the doctors listed. We are an 8 doctor practice. It is not user friendly having all the doctors listed each day whether or not they have office hours. The current system makes it very difficult to view the details of the appointments without individually viewing each doctor as the columns crowd the screen. This wastes time, causes frustration and leaves us open for scheduling errors.
Schedule should allow each employee's schedule to be adjusted so they are only showing in the scheduler on the days they are available for appointments.
Hours should be able to be adjusted for each doctor
The ability to track the reason the employee is not on the schedule. For example: day off, vacation, personal, CE, sick, etc.

I have requested the ability to make a doctor/room schedule for days that provider is on duty- having the ability to make an unscheduled doctor column not visible to allow easier navigation of the day's schedule would be great. Perhaps shrink the unscheduled provider column down rather than remove? Either option would be great!
This would also be helpful for when we hire a relief vet- when we add the relief vet column so that we can start to schedule them, it shows up on every single day from now until they are removed- just adds clutter for the couple months before the relief vet is working...
Yes, having every possible room visible on the schedule makes it very difficult to see and work with!
It would be nice to be able to set a schedule and different appt times for each dvm each day with also having the ability to adjust when needed (make exceptions when the vets switch days off or PTO for example)
