Consultation List: Ability to see what the consultation was for

When you see the list of consultations, there is no differentiation between a medical consultation or a food sale, nail trim, callback, recheck
Say at the end of the day, you want to check if you have written all files for the day, it is tedious to click on each entry, as there is not information on consultation list
There should be a way to differentiate them, instead of having to click on each one, to see if you need to write notes on it or if it already has been completed.

    Yes, similar to the estimate. On the estimate you are able to write a description on the top which will then show when you click the estimate tab.
