Not many people have land lines. Most clients have cell phones, their spouses, kids, family members all have cell phones. It would be great to be able to choose if a phone number is a mobile number, home or work. To have mobile option in all three fields and to be able to pick a phone number in which we want the text message to be sent.
I agree with this. I would like to be able to type my own labels/names on the numbers.
Being able to choose options other than work, cell, and home would be great! Being able to highlight one number per visit as the primary contact for that day would also be awesome. Multiple email lines with the same options would also be great!

Yes! We should be able to write “Mike’s cell” or Nancy (daugher’s) cell phone. There are often multiple family members dropping off pets.
Yes, in general, be able to edit the client information screen so it fits the client information, as suggested here (primary, secondary, multiple mobile numbers, etc. )
Yes!!! I also think that we should be able to send a text to any number listed in the record, and even be able to enter a one-time number if we need to.
Completely agree with this suggestion. I would say less than 10% of our client's even have a landline anymore, maybe less.
Also choose one of the numbers to be the primary number to contact.
