Add more search criteria when reconciling diagnostics.

I don't know if other people have this issue, but when we are reconciling the diagnostics it is really hard to find some of the patients. If there were different ways to search other than the patient name it would make it a lot easier ! Also if we could search multiple criteria to narrow it down even more that would be great to. Ex. instead of just searching "Fluffy" we could search "Fluffy" and "John Doe" and "12345" (Patient ID).
