It would be very helpful if, when we confirmed an individual appt, we did not automatically get switched to the SMS manager page after creating each confirmation. This makes confirming multiple appts for the following day very tedious, since we then have to get out of the SMS manager and change to the next day on the schedule before starting the process again. I realize there is a way to confirm all appts for the day at once, but our surgery appts get confirmed by via separately, so there are often numerous appts we don't want confirmed via text.
