The pale yellow color is hardly noticeable and often gets missed. Red is a warning and will stand out and be more obvious every time the screen is accessed.
Give the option to make an alert "critica" or some other identifier that will put an "Ok" button on the alert that must be clicked in order to proceed. My technicians miss and ignor alerts regularly because they become part of the background. If they had to click through it, we'd not miss so many.
I would like to be able to color code alerts based on severity
AND - making the alerts pop up on the scheduling page. Alerts are often missed if appointments are scheduled without first visiting the client account first. It makes it inconvenient to have to leave the schedule to visit the client/ patient account first, to then only return to the schedule to actually create the appointment.
Alerts should pop up any time a patient is selected, whether it be to access the account or to create an appointment.
Maybe also making a client alert a different color than a patient alert?
As well as increasing the size of the pop-up.
