Integration with Heska Quattro

Neo has the following requirements for us to order x-rays:

Digital imaging orders: For you to place orders from IDEXX Neo, your capture station must be on IDEXX's validated system list.

  • If your system is on the list, you will be able to place orders from IDEXX Neo. Select the modality type, but do not select Invoice Only.

If your system is not on this list, you will not be able to place orders from IDEXX Neo, but you can add them to a consultation. Select the modality type and select Invoice Only
The following systems have been validated by IDEXX as capable of integrating with Neo* using the Modality Worklist feature of the DICOM
standard.

We purchased a machine from Heska named Quattro. Idexx webpacs confirmed that both systems are integrated (yes they connect and talk to each other, filewise).

Could Neo add up this system from out of IDEXX umbrella product in the near future? So we could send the request from neo to the quattro? I am sure it could result super covenient for the practice, easier to request, and make our patients and clients wait less longer for Xrays results.
