Automated appointment reminders & ability to program reminders by appt type

I would love the ability to automate next day appointment reminders AS WELL AS have different messages by appointment type particularly for surgery appts which we do a LOT of! I think everyone would benefit from this type of automation as it takes a task list item off of our receptionist staff and ensures that it is done automatically.

    We realize that Vello has this feature but our small 1 doctor practice cannot fit Vello into the budget, it's so expensive! It would be so great to have a couple more options on sms appointment reminder in Neo, not asking for unlimited, maybe 3-4.

    This would be great, we do farm/house calls as well as in clinic. Having a few options would be really helpful

    Absolutely this!!! Appointmentt reminders need to be so much better. And we need to send different reminders for surgeries/procedures vs. appointments.
    Allowing clients to choose their preference for reminders would also be great!

    I could not agree more. I feel that we lose a few hundred dollars a week due to no show appointments. These are clients who did not receive the reminder because a staff member forgot to send them.
