Patient Settings: Add a sex of Mixed

It would be helpful if, in addition to male, female, and unknown if there was an option under sex for 'mixed'. We often put a litter in as a single patient and there is often a mixture of males and females, so while the sex is not unknown, it's not male or female either. I know that there is an option to add a new sex under patient settings, but even that forces us to choose male, female, or unknown as part of the setup.
