This is an easy mistake, that we make more often than I like to admit. I agree that they should not show up when searching.
Thanks for the clarification! I'll update the enhancement request with these details.
Either my request was written or interpreted incorrectly, what I intended to say was that inactive clients and patients should NOT be included when searching for a patient to make an appointment. We have inadvertently selected i active patients when scheduling appointments which causes problems.
