Appointments: Link multiple pet appointments in scheduler

If a client is coming in with more than one pet, it would be nice to have some indication that those two pets are together, for example that chain link icon. We had an issue this morning that would have been helped by that. Our first morning appointment for today called yesterday to ask what time her appointment was at, and she was told that she did have an appointment at 9:40a. What our staff member didnt realize was that she also had an appointment at 9am with her other pet, and this put us 40 minutes behind for the entire morning, which meant that we lost a significant portion of our lunch break.

    we keep the appts together in the same column so the same doc sees them. We are a 9 doc practice and it works very well.

    we mark our appts with 1/2 2/2 so we know they are together

    We've had this issue as well. Our current solution is to place the appointments side by side in the same column of the schedule and make the allocated appointment time the total of both appointments.
