Appointment Schedule: Show more text on the schedule for appointments and blocks

We would like for the appointments on the schedule to show more information. When you look at the schedule for appointments with 30-45 min slots, there's a pretty good amount of space that is useless because Neo doesnt display additional info unless you click on an appointment slot. Also, for Block appointments, we only have a small space to input information in "Title" this is not very ideal since we want to be able to see contact info, reason for visit ETC.

    Yes! I agree to all suggested comments. Appointment blocks should be "smaller" in appearance to decrease scrolling. Improve "responsive design" to switch between devices (computer monitor, tablets, cellphone), the background graphic is unnecessary.

    This would also solve the problem of two employees accidentally scheduling in the same spot at the same time. (It happens more often than you'd expect) Being able to see a pending apptointment being booked would be so so helpful.

    I agree 100% and would add it would be SUPER amazing if the website would be “responsive design” so it can fill our screen and widen those appointments so you don’t have to scroll forever especially on a computer monitor, and you wouldn’t have to zoom in & out on your phone. I wish I would have tested this feature more beforehand.

    I'm surprised this hasn't been done yet. It drives me nuts having a paragraph typed out for a sick appt that's blocked off for 45 min but you can only see the first 6 words from the main schedule screen

    Would love to be able to select a different color for a 'block appointment' as currently for vets that are working they are blocked off, but then if you are blocking other things like 'lunch' etc it would be nice to have that as a different color

    I completely agree, at LEAST species and breed! I would add that it would be nice when hovering the mouse over the appointment if it would pop up.

    Agree with all of this. Also would really like more patient info to be displayed when you 'edit appt' . Species & breed would be the bare minimum.
