Clients/Patients: Creation of a pet savings account management workflow

Clients would like to make monthly payments into their account, like a pet savings account (or a HSA for humans)- accounting requires us to track these moneys separately from spent money, as the money belongs to the client technically until it is used. So as pre-paid money is used, to be able to track or search that would be awesome.
