Get this included in Neo please. there is no excuse for forcing a Vello subscription that duplicates half the client communication already present to have this feature!
IDEXX Vello is not available in Quebec Canada! Is there a different solution??
Then why am I paying for Neo subscription???????? I'm sure Idexx makes enough money to provide this with Neo.

Let us know when we can actually use it with Neo instead of purchasing another software. It seems like this was a money grab versus helping paying users with a solution to your software's problem.
Would love to send fillable forms to owners directly from Neo. Shouldn't have to pay more. Should be a simple solution for Idexx to have this capibility.

Agreed! This should be included instead of charging even more for a simple feature readily available with many other software providers.
@ADMIN Laurie Rose- Basic features like fillable digital forms should be included with the price of Neo as opposed to making practices pay for a separate third-party program such as Vello. We pay enough as is.
Vello is expensive to add on especially for small practices. Would be nice to just have it included.

This would be SO MUCH more convenient - we had to make Google Forms to achieve the same result. Please do this!

Please add this feature! It has been over 3 1/2 years and nearly 600 votes since this request was first made! Your clientele is requesting this!! We would like to be able to send new client sign in forms, waivers, authorizations etc!
This is a great request - Neo should add this capability in!
This and 2 way texting were things we were told were coming to Neo, but since they have Otto I'm sure we wont see anything like this. They want the $$$.
we use Otto, which is integrated with neo for forms and authorizations. Of course it costs more. But I’m guessing since it integrates, neo wont ever add that themselves. But Otto works great
