Reminder System - more options for different messages for same reminder.

Would be great to be able to have more than just 1 email and 1 sms template that is able to be used for reminders, especially for vaccination. We used to have a system that would send with different titles, such as Important Reminder (1 month prior), Please Remember (2 weeks prior), Don't Forget (2 weeks later) etc.

    Yes! To all of it. We should have “appointement reminders” based on “appointment type”. That’s a crucial component that’s missing for our practice.

    It would also be great to have the ability to have different appointment types have different reminders. Wellness visit sms template vs. sick visit sms template vs. technician visit sms template.

    This would help because then I could include things like on a wellness reminder visit " please bring a fecal sample" which probably isn't appropriate to send to a sick patient coming in for limping.
