Patients: Add 'No Notes' filter to patient Consults tab

We would need an easy access to the medical record of each patient. Having the possibility to remove the "product only" consultation would probably ease the review of the medical records by the vets, by hiding the consultation where only product (i.e. food ) have been purchased, and then let the vet focus on medical consultation.

I would see the filter option "No notes" opposed to the current "Note only" filter option.
