Consultations: Allow multiple staff to update same consultation simultaneously and see the edits/changes (Example: Google Docs)

I would like to request an update that multiple people can be in the same consultation at the same time making changes and that everyone can see the changes being made, like Google Drive Documents - multiple people can work in the same file and you can see the changes being made by another person. There are many scenarios where my technician and I would like to be typing text into the same consult. It slows us down significantly to take turns.

    At the very least it needs to be made so that the doctor's note and charges can be edited separately without overwriting each other's work.
