Currently, the Vet Storia telemedicine is not integrated into the consultation which oblige the administration to share their credential with the staff to have a telemedicine consultation performed. There is a serious security concern, but additionally, it is so complicated and take so many minutes to start a telemedicine consultation that it is not interesting for a clinic to do so.
For the client, it is so easy, as the kink is added into the meeting request sent into his calendar. they only have to click on the link to access.
I would like to see the same in NEO appointment, where the staff has only to click on a link from the calendar (schedule tab) to access.
