Rather than having to get back to the call back (on home page), the call back should be automatically closed when a consultation is created from the call back.
This will save a few clicks and make the life so easier, while we will make sure to not duplicate the effort to confirm the call backs.

Agreed with commenters, this should be an option, not necessarily by default. We have to call clients back after meds are filled.
An option to close call back at same time as creating a consultation would be a better option. I will leave call backs open if I have attempted to call a client who is unavailable and want to call again in a few days if I have not heard back.
I would prefer it be an option to close the task rather than always close the task- sometimes I am just writing in the consult that I left a message for the client and would not want to task to be closed...CR
While adding this "create consult and close task", the same could be done on the Results side with a "view results and close task"
