Assign staff member(s) to each appointment scheduled

In addition to the doctor assigned to the patient's visit, it would be helpful to also assign additional staff members (ex: veterinary technician). This would help reduce questions for other teams and also provide a way to easily follow-up with key team members when there are questions about the chart.
