IDEXX Neo Enhancement Requests

I am creating templates with Line-Items only to help my doctors/staff have a list of diagnostics/treatments to pick from. For Example:Dx - Derm/Ear Diagnostics Template- In this template I'm adding all Derm Diagnostic including blood test and cultures to the IDEXX lab. Why is it that when I add IDEXX labs (for example EAR CULTURE) they automatically add as value of 1 and we are not given the option of 0. I want these template lists to help my doctors pick from a list of possible diagnostic, but not force the line-item. Because the default right now is 1 for every IDEXX diagnostic I add to this template, all the possibilities are added to the invoice when they add the template and they have to go back and delete each item. It is defeating the purpose of what I was trying to accomplish .
