It would be great if Neo could come with pre-defined permissions based on user role. For example when setting up a new user and you select "Nurse" or "Doctor" it would auto fill/ tick the permissions based on what you would generally want a Nurse or Doctor to have permissions for within Neo rather than having to individually tick the permissions each time you want to add a user. Then, it would be up to the person adding that user to add more permissions or remove permissions depending on what they want that user to have permissions for.
Or admin defined roles with permissions set per role by the admin, roles are then assigned to the users. To add a permission to to all nurses just add it to the role, if only one or two nurses only needs a permission add a new role and add the permission to the new role then add that role to the nurse(s). Each user can have multiple roles assigned.
