Appointments: Ability to set multiple days on the schedule to not allow booking without using blocks

Would like to be able to preset the appointment scheduler for multiple days at a time. Example: Dr 1 doesn't work on any Mondays or Tuesdays. Would like to block off the full year of Mon/Tues for Dr 1 WITHOUT having to place blocks everywhere (blocks are set to the whole series, so there's a large chance of someone accidentally deleting the rest of the year's blocks). Want something only admin can set.

    This would be extremely helpful! I have 2 doctors currently but will be getting a 3rd very soon. It's very disrupting to have blocks all over my schedule.
