SMS: Exclude appointments in specific rooms or assigned to specific providers from receiving SMS from the Schedule Merged

Would be nice to exclude certain providers from the SMS appointment reminder. For example, we move cancelled, rescheduled, etc to a column called scratch pad. Obviously would not want to send reminders to those.
