It would be nice to have a primary contact info and the secondary and emergency contact show up in a more streamlined way in the overview. The secondary contact info is confusing in that it could be a significant other or an emergency contact. I would be nice to have the emergency contact in place of the secondary contact and the secondary contact info in the primary contact area or duplicated directly under the primary. Having a way to put in phone numbers in an order that the client would like to be contacted with drop down boxes for Home, mobile, work etc.... It would also be nice to have preferred pronouns options to check as not to offend clients.
