Admin: Set minimum finance fee and minimum balance amount for finance charges

In addition to the automatic finance assessments, it would be helpful to have a minimum finance fee that we can set. So if the finance fee (calculated by %) is say below $10, it will automatically increase the finance fee to $10. If it is above $10 then the % will be calculated instead. We are use to having finance fee's be applied to balance due that are over $50, anything under this doesn't get assessed a finance fee. We should be able to set these thresholds.

    Will someone please address this issue! We've asked for over 2 years now.

    We agree with this!!! We have requested this update for over a year now and nothing has changed! We have to add in the minimum finance charge to a lot of our accounts EVERY...SINGLE...MONTH!! It's extra work that we don't have time to do and shouldn't have to do.
