Also note that when on the cashing up screen and clicking on the payment method, to change it, the Payment method defaults to alphabet order rather than what is set in the Financial Settings and selects the first alphabet order option. It also removes the Payment reference so if you had entered a check number there it will be lost.
When clicking on Payment Method, on the cashing up screen, the payment method and payment reference that was previously entered should show here and then they can each be changed if needed.
This would be nice. As a work around we created a payment method called "Please Select" and made that the default payment method. at the end of a day we can check and see any any "Please Select" are listed as the payment method and make the change needed.
