Still looking for this enhancement. It would be really nice for patients that decline a lepto vaccine to have that noted in the reminder tab instead of having to put it other places where I'm not typically looking.
This would be really helpful for me as a doctor. And it seems like an easier request to implement. Similar to declined invoice items. You create the reminder, then you decline it and it drops to the bottom of the list under a "declined" header. Being able to put in a reason for the declined vaccine would be nice but not necessary.
This way I don't have to ask every year if an owner wants a lyme vaccine that they have previously declined. Sure I could put in an alert, but the entire team doesn't need to know that this owner declines Lyme every time they open the patient chart. Just need to see once a year before I walk into a annual wellness exam that the owner has previously declined it.
I would still really love this enhancement. If I could go to the reminders tab and decline a vaccine. I still want to see the reminder but move it from active to inactive. So within the reminder tab there would be two sections, active and inactive. It would be helpful to be able to have a comment on the inactive section. Reminders in the inactive section don't get sent out. Older pets that I have discontinued a vaccine with or patients that have declined a service that we have a reminder for, it would be much better to have it as inactive with a reason than just deleted.
Being able to decline a reminder item would be super helpful. Then I don't have the same conversation every year with an owner "it looks like you haven't gotten lepto vaccine before, do you want to know more about it...Owner says, no we talked about it last year, I'm not interested." I could put it in as an alert but then it shows up every time the patient comes in for anything which is overkill.
It would also be helpful if applicable reminders for a line item were deleted if that line item is declined. For example, if the bordetella vaccine line item is declined, any bordetella vaccine reminders (linked to that line item) would automatically be removed from the reminders tab.
