Consultations: Opt out of permanently closing (lock) invoices

Would like to be able to opt out of permanently closing invoices.

I agree. Dealing with the permanently closed invoices are so frustrating!!! Someone with permissions should be able to open a permanently closed invoice. I am running into issues with rx's that have not been picked up and correcting staff invoices to apply discounts.

I agree, this new update is terrible. Its causing so many issues and now we have to delete whole consultations and redo them if we need to do a price adjustment or if someone decides to not purchase something. I have no idea why they thought this was a good idea. Reopening consultations should be with permission, not blocked for everyone
