We would like to assign an estimate to an appointment after the estimate is created from the patient record.
Wow! so many complaints and they have done nothing! NEO this is a critical work flow issue for your customers and needs to be addressed ASAP!
This has been a big conflict in our clinic...the staff checks them in and opens a consult unaware that there is an estimate....then you can't merge them together.....come check out time it still shows an empty consult when they are ready to pay.
Is this even on Neo's radar? This is a critical work flow issue and I can't believe more users haven't voted for this enhancement.
Clients ask for estimates all the time before scheduling a procedure. Then when they schedule, we have to go through the effort of making the estimate all over again. If we don't, the existing estimate doesn't link to the appointment card and the workflow is all messed up.
PLEASE ESCALATE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My advice is to add a third button to the appointment card: Choose Existing Estimate - next to Create Consultation and Create Estimate
AND in the estimate have an option to Convert to an Existing Consultation
THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION!
Please, this would save so much time when getting procedure paperwork ready!
Please make this possible. It is time consuming to have to re enter everything into the current consult.
Yes, Please!! This is very frustrating to our staff. Having to make a second estimate under the actual appointment is extremely time-consuming. Example - Client wants estimate for spay, then makes spay appointment at a later date. It would be nice to take that first estimate and attach it to that appointment.
DO IT NOW!!!
YES PLEASE!!!!!!!
Please consider making this happen, Neo!! All that needs to happen is to be able to convert the estimate to an existing consultation! Please, please make this happen!
Please Please make this possible. Very frustrating that this isn't possible already.
When we check a patient in, and it creates the consult, if we then need to produce an estimate it converts it into a new consultation. Would love to have it convert into the consultation that already open for that appointment, or be able to choose which consult it converts into.
So frustrated that this feature does not exist STILL. We need this fix ASAP
FIX THIS PLEASE- WE DON'T WANT 2 CONSULTS PER EXAM VISIT BUT THINGS GET MISSED IF THEY'RE BEING ADDED TO THE EXAM CONSULT
Jumping on here to add this NEEDS TO HAPPEN! Estimates get created then future appointments are made for those estimates but we have to completely recreate them to move into the current consule. EASY FIX GUYS!! PLEASE!!
WE SO NEED THIS FEATURE!!!! just a small button that says "create appointment" in the estimate page as an option. PLEASE!!!
Definitely a bummer it does not currently exist. I'd like to show all appointments as finalized. you can't if you're proactive because you're a very busy practice and best practices are to create estimates the night before.
This looks as though it has been a problem for over 2 years! Please adjust accordingly so we can merge an existing estimate to an open invoice! If this still hasn't been addressed in over 2 years, I truly believe Neo should implement this as a priority fix.
how has this not been fixed yet?
Please, it would improve our workflow, save time, avoid small mistakes
Yes, this is really a poor workflow. If you wish for an appointment in the scheduler to say 'in process' or 'finalized' or 'ready to pay', you cannot use a preexisting estimate - so you have to key all charges in a second time. If you had a preexisting estimate for something, then the client scheduled the appointment for it, you can create an estimate for the appointment, but you are still keying all the charges in for the second time. You should have the option of selecting an existing estimate from the consultation screen.
