Consultations: Add patient entered in Weights tab to consultation if recorded on same day

When imputing the weight in the patients weight tab, it would be helpful if it translated over into the consult weight so it is not entered twice by mistake. Sometimes support staff (reception, tech assistant, practice manager) impute the weights under the patient weight tab without creating a consult, which is left for the vet techs, to help with the practice flow.
