Reports: Client and Patient Retention

We would like a report that lists clients and patients and how long they have been active at he practice. We'd also like the patients grouped by age. The report should include:

  • Number of clients who returned

  • Number of clients who did not return

  • Length the client was active

  • Age group of active patients: number under 1, 1.1-3yr, etc.

  • Percentage of our schedule was filled for a certain time frame
