Forms & Certificates: Include additional patient information such as weight, dob, breed, sex, etc in [invoice_details] and [invoice_details_tax_labels] on __invoice_v3__

Would like the ability to add the additional information on the multiple pet invoice: weight, DOB, breed, and sex.
