When 'printing' a Purchase Order it's not necessary to show the pack price, pack size or any dollar amounts

In Beefree when you print the Purchase Orders they don't show the pack prices.  I would prefer that in Neo as the supplier might well have changed the pack price so will just cause confusion when they receive a purchase order from Neo showing pricing.  Just delete the pricing from the purchase order print template.
