3rd Party Access: Add Files tab

When sending 3rd party access to another clinic adding the files section would be super helpful so we don't have to send multiple emails of information.

    YES PLEASE! there is no value to sending 3rd party records if some of the significant details are in attached files. PLEASE allow 3rd party access to see attached files.

    I echo the frustration with how long-standing this request has been in effect without result. I have contacted them now by phone and am demanding this get resolved. I too had been unaware of what lack of information we have been providing other hospitals when sending records. This must get resolved as soon as possible.

    Disheartening to see this has been a request since 2022 and it's now 2024, but here goes our vote. PLEASE allow 3rd party access to see attached files.

    This addition would be super helpful, as sending each individual file is very time consuming and tedious.

    This!!! The idea of 3rd party access was so convenient until we found out that we have been sending referral hospitals essentially nothing. We have had NEO for roughly 6 months and finally a hospital let us know that they see NONE of the files. We were a hospital that switched from paper to computer. We have thousands of patients with years of paper file history. We now will have to download NEO history AND File history individually, use a 3rd party email outside of NEO, upload the pet's information and then send it to the receiving hospital. This is incredibly frustrating.
