Consultation number - Ability to have consult name/reason for visit

We would like to be able to have consultation names/descriptions showing on the same line as the consultation number. We would like to be able to just put a summary of the visit/main reason and have it show on the consults tab of the patient so they can find the correct consult to review at a time after the appointment.
