This is a something we used on every estimate in cornerstone and is frustratingly absent in neo. We need this feature upgrade asap.
It looks like this was requested 2 years ago. We go live next week and this is something that we use all the time in cornerstone. We need the ability to have a high quantity of zero.

This is actually really important and was corrected a few years ago on IDEXX's "other" PMS
