Forms & Certificates: Ability to send forms and invoices as PDF attachment instead in the body of email

We would like to be able to send invoices as an attached PDF instead of in the body of the email.

    Yes agreed - it would be really good to send emails as PDFs, we often have to resend as PDF's as insurance companies want invoices uploaded.

    This would be GREAT! As it is right now, the invoices, vaccine certificates, etc. are nearly unreadable by clients. They end up calling back and asking us to send them as a PDF anyways, because the formatting gets all messed up to where you can barely decipher them.

    YES! We have SO many clients emailing asking for invoices and documents to be send as PDF attachments. Especially for submitting insurance claims! Clients are stating their insurance companies are actually denying claims because of how the invoices are being sent. This should just be the default and I can't understand why it isn't!

    Completely agree with this, right now to send a prescription the client has to print the entire email to print the prescription. Pharmacy won't accept this. This should be elevated to a high priority to complete.

    This would be a HUGE improvement in the way documents and certificates etc appear to clients. The current appearance in the body of an email is not only unprofessional, but in some cases NOT LEGAL. For example, if I write a Rx for a patient, sign it and email to the owner, the pharmacy will not accept this Rx. Same for rabies certificates with signatures. Estimates and invoices should look to the client the same as they appears on my screen in NEO. Please expedite this change.
