When converting an estimate. Give the option to convert to the consultation that is already open or create a new consultation. Is a bit annoying to have have multiple consultations open on same day. Example: patient comes in for Emergency. Consultation is open and taking history. Make a treatment plan (estimate). Owners agree, then you convert and it's a new consultation made. I feel like having the option to add to current consultation or create a new consultation would benefit a lot of users.
