Estimate creation dates are very small and grey and easy to miss.
Neo gets to change their prices each year and does not have to stick to a price quote given 1 or 2 years ago.
We need the same capability.
We MUST be able to set an expiration date on the estimates which will inactivate them so they are viewable but not able to be converted to a consult.
