Or Assign certain discounts to certain user permission levels.
As an example, say I have a 4 discounts available, 10%, 20%, 50% and 100%. Any user could apply the 10% discount, DVM could apply the 20% or lower. Manager could authorize 50% or less. Business owner can authorize all discounts.
