Would be great to have Text messages sent automatically when the appt is first made initially, the day before and the morning of.

Yes. The reminders need to go out the day before the appointment, not the morning of the appointment. We need an option to set the time for when to send out the reminders in case it varies per clinic on preference. None the less, they need to go out automatically, instead of set up to manually approve to send out each day.
It would be great if you could turn on auto reminders per appointment type (e.g., disable for euthanasia)
