Purchase Order: Print product pricing on Purchase Order form (individual line amounts and order total)

The printed order form for the purchase orders doesn't have a total form variable for the accumulated total of the order or for the individual line items. They need to be added to the purchase order form.The purchase order print out NEEDS to show the prices of the products on the print out. The print out is useless without that information.
