Clients/Patients: Search to be more forgiving (e.g. flexible to match on similar names, phone numbers, allow spaces, match on either of two words)

Request for a search module with more of a predictive nature to catch misspellings or similar results.

The search fields in Neo need to be loosened up a bit as to not only return literal results. This makes searching for phone numbers extremely difficult because searching for (xxx)xxx-xxxx will not return any results if it is formatted as xxxxxxxxxx or any other formatting.

This searching issue also applies across the board with all searches ( cleint/patient search, etc)

    Thank you for reaching out! The patient search is a keyword search, so it will return any name with those characters in it.

    If I search for patient "Ella" WHY DO I GET all the "Bella" first ???? Really sloppy programming/presentation. Because B comes before E. This is where AI could really help....
